📕 Leslie Barrett wrote about Starting an Advocacy Program - this is a great walk through of how to get started, what to keep in mind, and how to create a 30/60/90 day approach. Part 2 comes out this Saturday. I hope you are subscribed.
📼 Recording: G2 Influitive on Customer Led Growth. What I enjoyed about this call was that the participants stressed relationships in customer marketing both internally and externally, and everyone on the call shared valuable insight into successful strategies.
📼 PeerPerspectives: Part 2 of the Customer Advocacy in Employee Onboarding w/Luis Gonzalez and Michele Babnick of Alteryx - this was a fun call where they answered questions and Michele shared some of her experience of working at Disney and how it’s impacted the culture at Alteryx and how they treat people. I can’t wait to learn more about the Disney approach.
