CMA Summit - you have to be a member to watch recordings; it’s $20 a month to join - my takeaways: Ari’s session with Gillian Greer talked a lot about community (I loved that), Kevin Lau killed it in his panel, & Robert Solby was an absolute favorite with metrics (extremely timely topic).
References management & program roundtable recording - Alexie Glover was magnificent in this call, sharing all of her reference program knowledge & slides in the community.
Captivate Collective w/Daniel Palay & making an impact with your customer marketing program Daniel is the Mr. Rogers of Customer Marketing; he’s a fantastic guy who is always trying to help the rest of us.
