  • Hiring less qualified and less experienced candidates, assumingely offering a lower salaries as well.

  • Outreach from recruiters from agencies that make you feel like you are being offered the job, only to go through the normal interview process.

  • Shared from Barbara Thomas & Jennifer Lyons: Many job ads are fake. Companies are posting or leaving up ads to make it seem like they are growing or to appease teams who have asked for head count.
